Position Summary: Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses play a key role in delivering high‑quality care, supporting resident dignity, and fostering a respectful environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to care plans and physician orders
- Administer and document medications, treatments, and PRNs accurately
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants (NARs)
- Complete assessments such as vitals, pain, skin, and transfers
- Document resident status, care provided, and incidents clearly
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Minnesota
- Strong clinical judgment and problem‑solving skills
- Long‑term care experience preferred
Maintenance Assistant - Part-Time (Day Shift)
Position Summary: This role performs routine outdoor grounds work and assists the Maintenance Department with basic facility tasks and minor repairs.
